If your order is successful, you should receive an order confirmation via the e-mail address provided by you at the checkout page. If not, please contact us and we can assist. You can see all order information in “my account”. From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.
We will ship your order within 2 working days of receiving your full order. After that the transport company is responsible for timely delivery. If you have an urgent request, please let us know and we will look into the possibilities.
For the transport company we refer to PostNL or DHL within the Netherlands. Unfortunately we cannot influence the exact time of delivery but are aiming to deliver you as soon as possible after ordering. We send the track & trace number of your order via email.
